Positioning parts positioning parts are parts that determine the installation position of blanks, including positioning pins (plates), stop pins (plates), guide pins, guide plates, fixed distance side knives, side presses, etc. When designing positioning parts, it should be considered that the operation is convenient, there should be no over positioning, and the position should be easy to observe. It is best to use forward positioning, contour positioning and guide pin positioning

the blank holder can pressurize the edge force on the drawn blank, so as to prevent the blank from arching under the action of tangential pressure and forming wrinkles. 4. Guide part guide post and guide sleeve are the most widely used guide parts. Its function is to ensure that the punch and die have accurate fit clearance during stamping. Therefore, the clearance of guide post and guide sleeve should be less than the blanking clearance. The guide post is set in the lower mold base, and it is necessary to ensure that the upper end face of the guide post is at least 5 to 10 mm above the top surface of the upper mold at the bottom dead center of the stroke. The guide post should be arranged far away from the module and the pressing plate, so that the operator's arm does not need to cross the guide post to send and take materials

5. Supporting and clamping parts include upper and lower templates, die handles, male and female die fixing plates, backing plates, limiters, etc. The upper and lower templates are one foundation part of the base 4 loading gantry frame (special configuration) of the die, and other various parts are installed and fixed on it respectively. The plane size of the formwork, especially the front and rear directions, should be compatible with the parts, and too large or too small is not conducive to operation
