The guide post is set in the lower mold base, and it is necessary to ensure that the upper end face of the guide post is at least 5 to 10 mm above the top surface of the upper mold at the bottom dead center of the stroke. Supporting and clamping parts include upper and lower templates, die handles, male and female die fixing plates, backing plates, limiters, etc. The upper and lower templates are one foundation part of the base 4 loading gantry frame (special configuration) of the die, and other various parts are installed and fixed on it respectively. The plane size of the formwork, especially the front and rear directions, should be compatible with the parts, and too large or too small is not conducive to operation
